Terms of service

Version 1.0 · Last updated 5 November 2026 · Private pilot terms

These terms apply to companies using NoFlatline during its private pilot. NoFlatline is run by Perri Giovanni, a sole trader registered in Italy (ditta individuale), Parma, Italy, Partita IVA IT03133680342 ("we"). "You" means the company using NoFlatline and the people it adds to its account.

1. What NoFlatline does

NoFlatline reads, with read-only access you grant, the conversion and event counts in your ad platforms and analytics tools, and alerts the people and channels you choose when a conversion appears to stop being tracked. Where it can, it explains the likely cause and suggests a fix.

2. Read-only, and what that means for you

3. Your responsibilities

4. What we can and can't promise

NoFlatline is designed to catch broken conversion tracking quickly: usually within the hour for high-volume conversions, and the same day for low-volume ones when another connected tool still records them. It cannot catch every break. It depends on the data the connected tools provide, on those tools being available, and on the access you grant. During the pilot, the service is provided as it is, and it may change as we improve it.

We will tell you plainly whenever we cannot check something, for example when a connection has expired, rather than report that all is well.

5. Data

How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy. For data from your connected tools, we act as your processor under a data processing agreement, which we provide before you connect anything.

6. Fees

The pilot is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. If NoFlatline becomes a paid service for you, we will agree the price with you in advance; nothing is charged without your agreement.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by a break we did not detect, by a suggested fix you chose to apply, or by the unavailability of a third-party tool. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which during a free pilot is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the pilot

Either side can stop at any time by email. When you leave, we stop all checks, and delete your data within 30 days as our privacy policy describes.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Parma, Italy, hear any dispute.
